VSS allows vendors to manage their account information, invoices, and payment information online. All new vendors must create an account AND register in VSS. Create an account and register if you are new to doing business with the County or have not previously registered, select the appropriate commodity codes, and attach a completed signed W-9 Form. Read the Registration Instructions for more details. Registered vendors can use the registered email address to sign in. Existing vendors, can register and gain access to the VSS Website using their Vendor Number AND the SSN or FEIN associated with the vendor account. The company's registered email will receive a PIN to complete authentication. If you believe you are already registered but do not have your vendor number, please send a written request on letterhead signed by an authorized party to the email below. The County will not provide any personal information or FEIN on file. Vendors are responsible for maintaining accurate account information. Payments up to $150,000 are remitted via EFT; over $150,000 are remitted by check. Any fees charged by the receiving financial institution will be Vendor responsibility.
